Your privacy is important to us.
Last updated: May 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how FX GAMES FZ LLC (“FXG”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal data when you use our websites, games, mobile applications, PC or console applications, community features, support channels, and related services that link to this Privacy Policy (together, the “Services”).
This Policy applies across our Services. Some data practices depend on the game, device, store, country, platform, account type, settings, and third-party services used with a particular Service. Where a Service, platform, or store page gives more specific privacy information, that information should be read together with this Policy.
If you have questions or want to exercise your privacy rights, contact us at support@fx.gl.
1. Who controls your data
The controller of your personal data is FX GAMES FZ LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company licensed in the Abu Dhabi Creative Zone, United Arab Emirates, unless another FXG affiliate is identified in a Service-specific notice.
For privacy requests, account deletion requests, and questions, contact:
Where applicable law requires us to designate a data protection officer, EU representative, UK representative, or other local privacy contact, we will make the relevant contact details available in this Policy, in a Service-specific notice, or by other legally permitted means. Unless we identify a separate privacy contact, support@fx.gl is the contact point for privacy requests.
2. What we collect, how we collect it, and why we use it
We collect data in three main ways:
- You provide it directly, for example when you create an account, contact support, use chat or community features, enter a contest, or submit other content.
- It is collected automatically when you use the Services, for example through game servers, device logs, analytics events, crash reports, cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies.
- It is received from third parties, for example app stores, platform providers, social login providers, payment processors, advertising partners, analytics providers, anti-fraud providers, and other service providers.
The table below describes the main categories of data we may process. Not every Service collects every category.

| Support and communications data, such as your email address, message content, attachments, support ticket history, device/account identifiers provided for troubleshooting, and our responses | Provided when you contact us or generated during support interactions | Respond to requests, verify account ownership, investigate bugs or complaints, restore accounts, enforce our Terms, and improve support quality | Support providers, hosting providers, platform providers where needed to resolve an issue, and internal FXG teams | Usually retained while the request is active and for a reasonable period afterward for quality, security, legal, and dispute purposes |
| User content and public/social data, such as chat messages, clan or guild information, profile text, posts, comments, usernames, avatars, replays, screenshots, tournament entries, and other content you submit | Provided by you or generated through social, multiplayer, community, or user-generated-content features | Provide social and community features, display public content, moderate content, enforce our Terms, investigate abuse, operate competitions, and support gameplay | Other users where the feature is public or social, moderation tools, hosting providers, platform providers, and internal FXG teams | For as long as the feature, account, or community record exists; some public or shared content may remain visible or stored after account deletion where required for safety, integrity, legal, or technical reasons |

| Cookies and similar technologies, such as cookie IDs, local storage, SDK identifiers, and similar online identifiers | Collected when you visit websites or use Services that include these technologies | Keep Services working, remember preferences, analyze usage, measure performance, prevent fraud, and support advertising or attribution where permitted | Analytics providers, advertising partners, hosting providers, consent-management providers, and internal FXG teams | Session cookies expire when the session ends; persistent cookies and similar identifiers last according to their configured lifetime or until deleted or reset |
| Data received from third-party accounts, such as social network IDs, app store IDs, profile name, email address, avatar, friend information, or platform entitlements | Received when you log in, connect, or use a Service through a third-party account or platform | Authenticate you, link accounts, restore progress, enable social features, show friends who use the Service, deliver entitlements, and provide support | The relevant platform or social provider, hosting providers, backend providers, and internal FXG teams | For the life of the account or until the connection is removed, unless retention is needed for security, legal, support, or dispute reasons |
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as health data, biometric templates, religious beliefs, political opinions, or precise location unless a specific Service clearly asks for it and explains why, where you choose to provide it, or where processing is required or permitted by law. Please do not post sensitive personal data in chats, forums, usernames, profiles, or other public areas.
If a platform payment flow, app store, device operating system, or wallet provider uses Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint authentication, passcodes, or similar biometric authentication to approve a purchase or sign-in, that authentication is handled by the relevant platform or device provider. FXG does not receive or store your biometric templates or face, fingerprint, or similar biometric data from those platform authentication flows. We may receive transaction confirmations, receipts, entitlement information, or a success/failure signal needed to provide the Service.
3. Legal bases and reasons for processing
Depending on your location and the applicable law, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract, when processing is needed to provide the Services, accounts, gameplay, purchases, support, and related features.
- Legitimate interests, such as operating and improving the Services, securing accounts, preventing fraud and cheating, enforcing our Terms, analyzing performance, and supporting business operations, unless your rights override those interests.
- Consent, where required for cookies, personalized advertising, certain marketing communications, access to device permissions, or other processing that legally requires consent.
- Legal obligations, where we must process or retain data for tax, accounting, regulatory, law enforcement, dispute, or compliance reasons.
- Protection of rights and safety, where processing is needed to protect users, FXG, partners, platforms, or the public.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time through the relevant Service settings, device settings, platform settings, consent tools, or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.
4. Advertising, analytics, and third-party SDKs
Some Services may use third-party SDKs or services for analytics, crash reporting, attribution, advertising, anti-fraud, cloud hosting, multiplayer services, payments, and customer support. These third parties may collect data from your device or receive data from us as described in this Policy and in their own privacy notices.
Depending on the Service and platform, these providers may include analytics providers, advertising networks, attribution providers, app stores, platform providers, cloud hosting providers, payment processors, support tools, and security or anti-fraud providers. Examples may include services such as AppsFlyer, Facebook or Meta technologies, GameAnalytics, Firebase, Google Play services, Apple services, Steam, console network services, ad networks, and similar providers, where integrated into a particular Service.
We require service providers to process data only for permitted purposes and to use appropriate confidentiality and security measures. Third-party platforms and app stores may also process your data as independent controllers under their own privacy policies.
5. AI, machine learning, and automated tools
We may use automated tools, statistical models, or machine learning to operate and improve the Services, including for anti-cheat, fraud prevention, security, abuse detection, moderation support, matchmaking, personalization, analytics, crash analysis, quality improvement, and customer support triage.
We may use the outputs, scores, classifications, predictions, flags, recommendations, or other results from automated tools, statistical models, or machine learning to make or support decisions about the Services, including decisions about moderation, anti-cheat enforcement, fraud prevention, account integrity, security, matchmaking, personalization, ranking, eligibility for features, support prioritization, game balancing, and Service improvement. These decisions may affect your access to certain features, content, rewards, accounts, or Services.
Unless a Service-specific notice says otherwise or you give separate consent where required, we do not use your personal data, private support messages, private chats, or non-public user content to train AI or machine learning models for purposes unrelated to the Services. Where you give consent, we may use additional categories of data, or use data for additional AI or machine learning purposes, as described in the consent flow. We may use aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data to improve models, analytics, game balance, safety systems, and Service performance.
Where applicable law gives you rights concerning automated decisions or profiling, you may exercise those rights as described in the “Your choices and rights” section.
6. When we share data
We may share personal data in the following situations:
- With service providers that help us operate, host, analyze, secure, support, advertise, and improve the Services.
- With app stores, platform providers, social networks, and payment providers when needed for login, purchases, entitlements, platform features, compliance, or support.
- With other users when you use public, social, multiplayer, leaderboard, chat, tournament, clan, guild, forum, or user-generated-content features.
- With advertising, analytics, and attribution partners where permitted by law, platform rules, and your choices.
- With professional advisers, auditors, insurers, co-publishers, distribution partners, platform partners, event or tournament partners, marketing campaign partners, and other partners involved in providing a specific Service, feature, promotion, or transaction.
- With law enforcement, regulators, courts, app stores, platforms, or other parties where we believe disclosure is required or permitted by law, necessary to enforce our Terms, necessary to protect rights and safety, or necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security, or technical issues.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction involving all or part of our business.
- In aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified form that does not reasonably identify you.
- In any other way that we describe to you, that you authorize, or that is required or permitted by applicable law.
We do not sell your personal data for money. We may share personal data with advertising, analytics, attribution, and platform partners as described in this Policy. Some privacy laws define “sale”, “sharing”, or targeted advertising broadly enough to include certain advertising, attribution, analytics, or SDK activities. Where those laws apply, we will provide required disclosures and honor applicable opt-out rights.
7. Public features and user content
Some Services include public or social features. Your username, avatar, profile information, gameplay statistics, leaderboard rank, clan or guild information, chat messages, posts, tournament results, and other content may be visible to other users or the public depending on the feature.
Public or social features are not private. You should not expect privacy or confidentiality for content or information you choose to post or share in public or social areas of the Services, such as public chat, forums, posts, comments, usernames, avatars, leaderboards, rankings, clan or guild information visible to others, tournament results, and other public or social content. Other users may view, copy, save, share, or re-post that content.
Some Services may include private messages or other private or limited-audience communications. Private or limited-audience communications are not visible to all users, but they are not end-to-end encrypted unless a Service-specific notice says otherwise. We may access, review, store, moderate, remove, or disclose private messages and limited-audience communications where reasonably necessary to operate the Services, provide support, enforce our Terms, protect users and the Services, comply with law, or investigate fraud, cheating, abuse, security, or technical issues.
Do not share personal data that you do not want others to see. We may not be able to remove copies of content that other users have viewed, copied, saved, shared, or re-posted.
We process user content to provide, display, moderate, secure, promote, and improve the Services as described in this Policy and our Terms of Service. The license you grant to FXG for user content is described in the Terms of Service.
8. Children and age requirements
Our Services are intended for users aged 13 and older and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and old enough to use the Services under the laws and platform rules that apply to you. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to the applicable Terms and this Policy where required. We may rely on age, country, platform, account, parental-control, and eligibility information that you or a platform provides to us.
Some Services may be intended for older age groups or may be subject to platform age ratings. If we later offer a child-directed or mixed-audience Service in a way that triggers additional legal or platform requirements, we will provide any additional notices, settings, consent flows, and data practices required for that Service.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, contact us at support@fx.gl. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take appropriate steps to delete it or disable the related account, unless we are legally required or permitted to retain limited information.
9. Data retention and deletion
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
You are responsible for providing accurate and current information where the Services ask you to provide personal data, account information, age, country, contact details, support information, or eligibility information. We are not responsible for problems caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unauthorized information that you provide, except where applicable law says otherwise.
Retention depends on the data category, Service, platform, and legal reason for processing. In general:
- Account and gameplay data is kept while your account is active or as needed to provide the Services.
- Support records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain reasonable records of the issue.
- Server logs, security logs, crash reports, analytics data, and anti-cheat or account-integrity records are kept for as long as reasonably necessary for security, diagnostics, operations, fraud and cheat prevention, abuse prevention, enforcement, legal, and improvement purposes.
- Purchase, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal records may be kept longer where required or reasonably necessary.
- Public or shared user content may remain where necessary for safety, moderation, legal compliance, technical integrity, or because it has been shared with other users.
- Aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data may be kept longer because it does not reasonably identify you.
When data is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymize it, or restrict it from active use according to our retention practices and technical capabilities. Backups may retain data for a limited period before they are overwritten or deleted.
You may request deletion of your account or personal data by contacting support@fx.gl. Where a Service allows account creation in-app and is subject to platform account-deletion rules, we provide an in-app path, web resource, support flow, or other deletion method required by the relevant platform. We may need to retain limited data after deletion to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, prevent cheating or repeat abuse, enforce our Terms, maintain security, or complete transactions.
Where data has been anonymized so that it no longer identifies you and cannot reasonably be used to identify you, we do not treat it as personal data under this Policy. We may use and retain aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data for analytics, game balancing, business reporting, security, machine learning, and Service improvement, and we do not attempt to re-identify anonymized data except where necessary to test or validate our anonymization processes or comply with law.
10. International transfers
We are based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and our Services may be provided using servers, service providers, platforms, and partners located in the United Arab Emirates, the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other countries where we or our service providers operate.
When personal data is transferred internationally, we use safeguards required or permitted by applicable law. These may include contractual protections, standard contractual clauses, data processing agreements, adequacy decisions where available, your consent where appropriate, and technical and organizational security measures.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative measures designed to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures may include access controls, encryption in transit and encryption at rest where appropriate, logging, monitoring, security testing, backup controls, vendor review, and internal policies.
No system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for using platform and device security features where available.
12. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and the applicable law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law where it applies, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Delete your personal data or account.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Request a copy or transfer of certain data.
- Opt out of direct marketing.
- Opt out of certain advertising, tracking, sale, or sharing activities where applicable.
- Object to certain automated decisions where applicable.
- Complain to a data protection authority or regulator.
To exercise your rights, contact support@fx.gl. We may ask you to verify your identity and account ownership before responding. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
We may decline, delay, or limit our response to a privacy request where we cannot reasonably verify your identity, account ownership, or authority to make the request, where the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, where responding would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others, or where an exception applies under applicable law.
You can also manage some choices through device settings, app permissions, platform privacy settings, app store settings, cookie tools, and in-game or account settings where available. You can opt out of direct marketing by using the unsubscribe link or instructions in the message where available, changing your account or device settings where available, or contacting support@fx.gl.
Opting out of direct marketing does not opt you out of service, transactional, legal, security, account, purchase, support, or administrative communications, such as messages about your account, purchases, safety, security incidents, changes to our Terms or policies, or Service availability.
Where applicable, you may also have the right to complain to the UAE Data Office or another competent data protection authority.
13. Platform-specific controls
Your device, app store, and platform may provide additional privacy controls. For example, you may be able to reset advertising identifiers, limit ad tracking, manage App Tracking Transparency choices on Apple devices, manage Android advertising ID settings, control app permissions, delete platform account data, or manage connected social accounts.
Platform providers may collect and process data independently when you use their services, stores, payment systems, login systems, achievements, multiplayer services, or device features. Their privacy policies govern their independent processing.
14. Cookies
Our websites and some Services may use cookies, local storage, SDKs, pixels, device identifiers, and similar technologies. We use them to operate the Services, remember preferences, analyze traffic, understand performance, prevent fraud, measure campaigns, and support advertising where permitted.
Where required by law, we request consent before using non-essential cookies, SDKs, pixels, local storage, device identifiers, or similar technologies for analytics, advertising, attribution, personalization, or similar purposes. You can control cookies and similar technologies through browser settings, device settings, consent tools where available, platform settings, and in-Service settings where available. Some cookies or similar technologies are necessary for the Services to function.
15. Third-party links and services
The Services may contain links to, integrations with, or content from third-party websites, stores, platforms, social networks, payment providers, advertising partners, community services, and other services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to third-party services that process data under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or data practices of third-party services. You should review their privacy policies and settings before using them.
16. Beta, testing, and pre-release programs
If you join a beta, playtest, closed test, early access, experimental feature, survey, research, or pre-release program, we may collect and use additional data such as feedback, survey responses, gameplay observations, diagnostics, crash reports, screenshots, recordings, technical logs, device and hardware information, performance information, bug reports, and communications about the test. We use this data to test, analyze, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and decide whether to change, release, or discontinue features or Services.
Beta and pre-release Services may be unstable, incomplete, or contain errors. You should not submit confidential, sensitive, or unnecessary personal data in feedback, bug reports, screenshots, recordings, or test communications. Additional test terms or notices may apply.
17. Relationship to Terms of Service
This Policy explains our privacy practices. Our Terms of Service govern your use of the Services, including user content, account rules, platform rules, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute terms, and other contractual terms, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where required or appropriate.
19. Language
This Policy may be translated into other languages. If there is a conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version controls unless applicable law requires otherwise.
20. Severability
If any part of this Policy is found invalid or unenforceable, that part will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining parts will remain in effect.
21. Contact us
